About This Award
Established in 2002 by Dearborn Rotary in collaboration with Henry Ford Community College, this scholarship (officially the Dearborn Rotary Endowed Scholarship, E7328) provides financial assistance to full-time nursing program students.
Eligibility Criteria
- •Enrolled full-time with a minimum of 9 credit hours
- •Demonstrated involvement in community service
- •Documented financial need
- •Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3
How to Apply
This scholarship is administered through Henry Ford Community College — apply at hfcc.edu/tuition-and-payment/scholarships. The HFC Scholarship Coordinator evaluates applications for eligibility, then forwards qualified candidates to the Director of Nursing, who makes the final selection. Funds may be used for tuition, fees, books, clinical supplies and instruments, and uniforms. Dearborn Rotary hosts a celebration event, typically in April or May, to honor recipients.
