Corporate Membership Application

Potential members are asked to complete the following information. After you submit, the club you're requesting to join will receive your application, and the membership chair will reach out to you shortly.

How Corporate Membership works

A Corporate Membership is a great option for organizations whose employees would like to join Rotary but can’t commit to attending meetings twice monthly themselves. One membership covers three individuals — the primary Active Member and two Associate Members — and any of the three can attend the club’s twice-monthly meetings and activities. The Active Member holds voting rights on club business; Associate Members do not pay separate dues.

Company / Organization Information

Annual dues are $300 (or $100 billed three times a year), plus a $30 member set-up fee.

Additional Designees (Associate Members)

A Corporate Membership covers up to two Associate Members in addition to the Active Member above. They can attend meetings and club activities, and their attendance counts toward the Active member’s if the Active member is absent. Optional — leave blank if not naming designees yet.
